Description
We are seeking exceptional Registered Nurses to join our growing multidisciplinary team at Optimal Healthcare in Grand Cayman.
This is an opportunity to be part of a healthcare service that is patient centred, integrated, and innovation driven, and where nursing plays a central role in how care is designed and provided, respecting the unique skills and perspectives that nurses bring.
You will work within a purpose-designed, state-of-the-art 8,000 sq ft clinic alongside physicians, allied professionals, and support staff, providing care to patients locally, across the wider region, and internationally.
We are looking for nurses who not only bring clinical excellence, but also curiosity, compassion, and the desire to help shape new models of care. Whether your background is in diabetes, cardiac care, dermatology, respiratory health, women’s health, lifestyle medicine, paediatrics, or another complementary specialty, there will be opportunities to align your interests with developing services and to grow professionally as part of a highly supportive team. These areas of specialist interest are welcomed but not required.
